✔ Theatre & Live Entertainment: Extensive professional experience across theatre operations, musical theatre, touring productions and international live entertainment.

✔ Arts & Entertainment Management: More than two decades of experience leading artistic projects, multidisciplinary teams, musicians and creative professionals from concept and planning through rehearsal and performance.

✔ International Experience: Professional work with organizations including Stage Entertainment, AIDA Cruises and TUI Cruises, as well as cultural, orchestral and touring projects throughout Europe.

My professional life has always developed at the intersection of music, education, theatre and leadership. As a conductor, educator and international arts professional, I combine artistic understanding with the organizational and leadership experience required to turn creative ideas into successful projects.

At this stage of my career, I am particularly interested in expanding my international work as a conductor and music educator, while remaining open to leadership opportunities in theatre, live entertainment and arts management. New York and the United States are of particular interest to me, especially opportunities that connect artistic excellence, education, international exchange and strong creative leadership.
