Meet Thomas Ramsl

Thomas Ramsl is an Austrian Arts & Entertainment Manager, conductor, percussionist and cultural leader with more than 20 years of international experience in theatre, live entertainment, music and cultural management.

His professional journey began as a musician and conductor, where he discovered that outstanding artistic performances are built not only on creativity, but also on strong leadership, teamwork and exceptional organization. This passion led him to combine artistic excellence with strategic management and operational leadership.

Over the course of his career, Thomas has directed orchestras, managed theatre productions, coordinated international touring projects and led multidisciplinary teams in theatres, concert halls, cruise entertainment and cultural institutions across Europe. His experience ranges from artistic direction and production management to theatre operations, live entertainment, budgeting, artist relations and cultural programming.

Working with internationally recognized organizations such as Stage Entertainment, AIDA Cruises and TUI Cruises has strengthened his ability to lead complex productions, inspire diverse teams and deliver exceptional experiences for audiences and artists alike. Whether managing large-scale productions or developing innovative entertainment concepts, he believes that collaboration, creativity and operational excellence are the foundation of every successful project.

Alongside his management career, Thomas has remained closely connected to education and mentorship. As a music educator and percussion instructor, he has worked with children, young people and adults, reinforcing his belief that culture and education have the power to inspire individuals, strengthen communities and create meaningful connections.
